MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT:

The Entreprise de Travaux & d’Etudes de Projets (ETEP) is a construction company. We primarily develop our activities in Tunisia, but also in some African countries, while adhering to the supervision and requirements of applicable international laws and regulations. We also respect the requirements and expectations of our stakeholders, which demands that we uphold values of compliance and integrity to be a model of adherence.

Governing the company in accordance with applicable laws and regulations constitutes our corporate development strategy. It also guarantees that the company maintains its vitality, stability, and long-term progress. We consider compliance and integrity to be fundamental rules for the company’s operation. This is why we conduct our activities with high moral business standards and in conformity with laws and regulations, while simultaneously strengthening management, preserving against risks, and ensuring our development.

We are all responsible for ensuring compliance and integrity; the company’s reputation and development depend on the behavior of our own personnel. We must establish a value for compliance and integrity, respect laws, regulations, and contracts, and prioritize reliability. Furthermore, we must conduct business credibly and reasonably, adhere to unwavering principles, and never cross the red line.

Our code of conduct is the pure and simple expression of our values applicable to our various businesses and subsidiaries. We aim to attract and retain employees who are passionate about working with leadership, fairness, and honesty.

Our adherence to internal values reflects our respect for the universal principles of personal data protection, security, the external environment, and the fight against fraudulent maneuvers, corruption, and money laundering in a particularly tense global context.

Through this declaration, ETEP affirms the essential values it intends to respect, considering its responsibilities towards its clients, employees, shareholders, public or private partners, and, more generally, towards civil society.
